Background Info
A Little Background Info:
I was born in Las Vegas NV in 1956, I have lived and traveled extensively in 8 different states while growing up. This played havoc on my schooling. When I reached my mid-late 40s, the sum of my age finally surpassed the number of places I have lived during my event-filled life. I have seen a lot, and I have done a lot. I am also a very strong person of Faith.
I have 2 children, and 5 grandchildren and they are the light of my life. I have 2 cats; Sir Garfield, my 11yr old Persian who is my love-bug, and in the final stages of spinal cancer. Then there is Theodore Thaddeus III, my Walmart rescue kitty, and the subject of my first short story.
I work the night shift at our local Walmart and have been there for almost 7 years. It is a job. I don't like working nights, but the differential helps make ends meet. I work with a great crew of people.
I have my Amateur Radio Ham License - KE7YZX and am a member of the CST (Comm. Support Team) with Mason County DEM.(Dept. of Emergency Management). I get to help find people who are lost. This has been an interesting adventure as well.
Most notable event in my life thus far, has been the 18 year separation / reunion with my blood brother Bob. There are many many more notable events in my life, but that is the crown jewel in the Blessings the Lord has given me.
